WFM Partner Enhances CyberTech’s Comprehensive Voice/Data Recording Solutions Suite

CyberTech, the world’s fastest-growing and one of the largest call recording providers, has announced a partnership with Teleopti, the leading provider of solutions for strategic Workforce Management (WFM), thereby expanding its ever-growing base of best of breed contact centre solution vendors. Teleopti joins other award-winning providers of communications platforms and speech analytics software.

CyberTech’s innovative approach meets the needs of organisations using mix and max, best of breed contact centre solutions. This makes it easy to upgrade or replace obsolete components, including recording systems and WFM software when required, delivering significant advantages over closed, single-vendor proprietary environments.
